Sune har mange års erfaring fra ledende stillinger i centraladministrationen og har siden 2017 stået i spidsen for at løfte IP-miljøet i både Danmark og Europa. 

Sune er bestyrelsesmedlem i Nordic Patent Institute (NPI) og Danish-Chinese Business Forum. Via sit medlemskab af det Administrative Råd i European Patent Office (EPO) og Management Board i European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) har Sune stor indsigt i at forbedre rammevilkårene for dansk erhvervsliv og solid erfaring i den internationale IP-verden.

President, National Institute of Industrial Property

Júlio César Castelo Branco Reis Moreira has extensive experience of over twenty years in the field of intellectual property, having worked in different positions at the Brazilian PTO. 

He participates in the Interministerial Group on Intellectual Property, managed by Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services, with effective participation in the National Intellectual Property Strategy.

He has participated in the Brazilian Public Administration as a manager for the improvement of public services, with quality and efficiency.

Vice President, Corporate Patents, H. Lundbeck A/S

Morten has worked with intellectual property for more than 20 years and holds an M.Sc. in human biology and a Ph.D. from the University of Copenhagen. He is also a European Patent Attorney and Certified Danish Patent Agent.

He is leading the Corporate Patents function at Lundbeck - a global pharmaceutical company specialized in brain diseases. 

Morten's professional focus includes the strategic use of intellectual property to support pharmaceutical innovation.

Senior Director, Intellectual Property, Topsoe A/S

Sanne has many years of experience within intellectual property and has for the past 11 years been responsible for IP at Topsoe A/S, supporting the company’s ambitions within green energy transition with a particular focus on safeguarding and leveraging IP in technologies for sustainable fuels and decarbonization.

Sanne has significant insight into how IP can drive and protect green innovation and long-standing experience in bridging complex IP matters with business and technology strategy.

Sanne is a European Patent Attorney and has been a member of the EQE Examination Committee since 2005. 

Deputy Director for Intellectual Property, DG GROW, European Commission 

Kamil Kiljański is currently the deputy director responsible for intellectual property at Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW). Prior to this position, he has been in charge of space data and international relations at Directorate General for Space and Defence (DG DEFIS), served as the Chief Economist and worked on regulatory matters in network industries and financial services.

Kamil began his career at the Commission at the then newly established Chief Economist Team in Directorate General for Competition (DG COMP). Prior to that, he had been a senior economist at an antitrust micro-economic consultancy in its London office. He holds a PhD in economics and an LLM in EU law. 

Professor, dr.jur., PhD, University of Copenhagen

Thomas Riis is a professor of Intellectual Property Law at the Center for Information and Innovation Law (CIIR) in the Faculty of Law at University of Copenhagen.

Senior Adviser and IPR responsible, Danish Industry (DI)

Malene Dall Sørensen is responsible for Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) at the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI). In her role, she is responsible for advising member companies on intellectual property matters and developing DI’s IPR policy initiatives.

Malene has extensive experience in intellectual property rights, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the protection and optimal use of intellectual assets.

As IPR lead, she also contributes to legislative processes and represents DI in dialogues with stakeholders and authorities.

Chairman, wine grower, Røsnæs Wine Growers Guild

Carl is Chairman of the Board at Røsnæs Wine Growers Guild, horse breeder and wine grower. He has decades of experience from senior management positions in large, international companies, mainly within the building materials industry. And he has long experience in leading large organizations within this industry.

Carl is still working part-time as chairman of the board with a few, local industrial companies, but more and more he is focused on his ‘wine adventure’ that was started in 2017. In 2022 he founded ‘Røsnæs Wine Growers Guild’ - an association for the local wine growers located on Denmark’s leading wine-growing area: The beautiful Røsnæs Peninsula near Kalundborg.

PhD, Trademark Examiner, Patent Office of the Republic of Poland

Blanka Bułacz-Kmieciak is a Trademark Examiner at the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. She has many years of experience in trademark examination and opposition proceedings. She is also involved in the implementation of the EU system for the protection of craft and industrial geographical indications.

In her work, Blanka represents the Polish Patent Office in expert-level activities at the European level.

She holds a PhD in law; her research focused on trademark parody and the relationship between freedom of expression and trademark protection.

Kristine Kuni Buccoliero er founder og CEO i NeoCare Nordic, en dansk MedTech-virksomhed, der udvikler løsninger til neonatal behandling med fokus på familiecentreret pleje.

Med baggrund som industriel designer og erfaring som Startup Manager arbejder Kristine i krydsfeltet mellem klinisk behov, regulering og kommercialisering. Hun har opbygget og anvendt en målrettet IP-strategi som en integreret del af virksomhedens kapitalrejsning, risikoreduktion og internationale skalering og har praktisk erfaring med patentstrategi, IP-rådgivning og investor due diligence.
